JobGuru uses Playwright to drive a real browser session for each application. It navigates to the application page, fills in form fields, uploads your tailored resume and cover letter, answers screening questions, and submits. This isn't API-based -- it interacts with the actual application forms exactly as you would, which means it works everywhere, including platforms with no API access.
Every ATS has a different form layout. JobGuru maps your profile data to form fields intelligently -- handling dropdowns, radio buttons, multi-step wizards, conditional fields, and free-text questions. It recognizes common screening questions and provides answers consistent with your profile. When a form introduces an unexpected field, the system flags it for your review rather than guessing.
Network errors, captchas, session timeouts, and broken pages are realities of applying at scale.
