Salary Estimation

When a posting doesn't include compensation, JobGuru estimates a salary range based on the role title, company size, location, industry, and seniority level. This estimate draws from aggregated market data and helps you prioritize opportunities that match your target compensation. Salary ranges are clearly marked as estimates versus confirmed figures from the listing.

Score Calibration Over Time

As you interact with your pipeline -- marking jobs as interesting, dismissing poor matches, and receiving interview invitations -- JobGuru recalibrates its scoring weights. The system learns what "fit" means for you specifically, becoming more accurate with every cycle. Initial scores are strong; after a few hundred jobs, they're remarkably precise.
